As a caring community of hope, healing and empowerment, Canopy enhances the quality of life for individuals affected by cancer and for those who support them during their journeys.

The goal of Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center is to integrate a cancer survivorship center into the continuum of cancer care. Our strong community connection and compassionate support system make it possible for Canopy to provide programs geared towards improving the health and quality of life of cancer survivors post-diagnosis.
